General Hip-E Functions
General functions receive discounted VIP entry, access to the main bar, dance floor and courtyard. This is a non-exclusive area allowing your guests to mingle with other patrons. General functions are available with arrival from 9:00pm-10:30pm on Tuesday and Saturday nights and from 10:00pm-10:30pm on Friday nights. Conditions apply.
Private Venue Hire
For large groups, it is possible to book the Hip-E Club exclusively on both trading and non-trading nights. A venue hire fee will be applicable and varies depending on your function requirements. Costs typically cover entrance charges, security, staff and a DJ. Conditions apply. Please contact the functions coordinator to discuss further.
